We have been trading for 25 years as Building Contractors the first 20 years based in London working on a wide range of domestic buildings dating from 1723 to 1960's .

We moved to the Saffron Walden Area in 2003 and have since then concentrated on Sustainable Building Technologies . Including building a low energy house which meets the AECB Gold standard.

The proprietor is Jonathan Cooke Bsc Hons (Construction Management)

We are members of the Institute of Domestic Heating and Environmental Engineers and we are CORGI registered (reg#26219).
HETAS Registered #11717 in solid fuel and flue installation.

We are also members of the National Federation of Builders and the Association for Environment Conscious Building.
